The Sweet life of AIP- Coconut Butter Fat Bombs

It turns out that if you love sugar and chocolate, you will find a way to get it! After 5 weeks no chocolate i have found every hack to get my needs met! I used Doterra Oils in mine to make 3 unique flavors. Lemon, Peppermint and Orange

Ingredients:

1 cup coconut oil

2 tbsp. Motha’ Butta coconut butter

1/2 cup carob powder

pinch of sea salt

1 tsp peppermint extract

1 tsp raw honey

Directions:

  1. Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender or food processor, until mixture is creamy.
  2. Pour into ice cube trays and freeze.
