Think of your core muscles as the sturdy central link in a chain connecting your upper and lower body. Whether you're hitting a tennis ball or mopping the floor, the necessary motions either originate in your core, or move through it. In this 75 min. class we will be exploring how building a strong core, in a safe and playful way, will ultimately create a stronger upper body, helping you in your day to day life, as well as your sports. This is a challenging class that will push you to your new llimits, but not past them and not without mindfulness of breath, alignment and knowing which muscles you are activating. this class is designed for all levels, but is not suitable for those with pelvic floor pain, weakness or split abdominals.
