When you want to jam without the added sugar, just add chia seeds & a little maple syrup
2-3 cups of fresh or frozen berries
2 heaping tablespoons of chia seeds
*1 tsp. of Maple Syrup
Cook berries on low heat, until the berries begin to juice and the house smells delightful.
Remove from heat, add the chia seeds
Let if cool, add maple syrup if wanted.
Refridgerate over night & eat it in the morning however you may wish. I love it in my yogurt!
