Grainless Granola

If you are looking for granola that is so tasty, with way less fat and sugar than store bought granola, this is it!!
Prepertion Time: 10 min
            : Depends on desired portion size                     






  • 2 cups   mixed nuts
  • 2 cus     shredded coconut
  • 1 cup     pumkin seeds 
  • 1 cup     sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup   coconut/olive oil
  • 1/4 cup   maple syrup
  • * additional delights, gogi berries
  • chia seeds, flax or coco nibs....

Place the  mixed nuts in a blender, pulse, until the the nuts are broken down into small peices, but not so small that you get nut flour! 

* I used organic nuts, but that can be NUTZ, as it is so expensive, so adjust to your lifestyle and budget.  

Combine the oil & maple syrup together.

Mix all the dry ingredients in a large bowl. Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and mix it through until all is wet. 

Place the mixture on a baking sheet, spread to 1/4 inch thinkness.

Bake very slowly for best results. 150c for 30 minutes. 


The house will smell divine. I have to make one weekly for my house-hold and now a friend has asked me to make him one weekly. Too good.
